Pastor Kasaro’s book selling like hot cakes
JESUS Calls Worship Centre International Pastor Robert Kasaro’s newly released book titled ‘When life Turns Around’ is selling well.
The book, a must-have tool for everyday life, peace of mind, health and prosperity, was released two months ago. Babsy Mavuso thanked all those who have already purchased the book and encouraged others to do so. “The book is literally flying off the shelves. I would like to thank members of the public for supporting the works of God,” he said.
The book itself addresses the different categories of pain and affliction. It highlights the importance of character during the period of pain and favour that comes upon one for elevation. In every affliction, Apostle Kasaro says there is a way out. “God’s plan and purpose is to favour you, take you out of pain and elevate you,” he says.
The book taps into the personal experience of this powerful man of God, who a decade ago, lost his first wife to a brain tumour and shortly thereafter his mother. “This is a testimony of my own life, a record of my personal journey as a husband, father and pastor. I have had the opportunity over the years to give spiritual guidance to people as a pastor and leader. This book is to say as men and women of God, we are not immune to affliction, pain and tough times,” he said.
In the book, Apostle Kasaro describes how he hit rock-bottom emotionally and how the unbearable pain of loss of loved ones tore him apart and threatened his very sanity. He warns that, like him, many people who find themselves in this situation do feel as if God has deserted them, but cautions that such negative feelings are the devil’s way to try and set the people against God, thus delaying the healing process. He says the way out of pain is to understand and accept the sovereignty of God.
In a display of writing skills that could only be inspired by God, Apostle Kasaro shows that some of the afflictions such as disease and emotional turmoil are a borne of buried pain of the past, unhealed wounds and a tortured soul. “In this book, I am trying to show everyone that through God, there is always a way out.”
